Serious Business is hard hitting harmonica driven 4-piece blues band from the Dallas Texas area. Led by lead singer and harmonica player, James Baxter and guitarist “Mr. Fantastic” Jason Cloud. Originally formed in 1999 from a collection of Blues University students whose sound was influenced by the likes of Lightnin’ Hopkins, Muddy Waters, Freddie King, Junior Wells, The Fabulous Thunderbirds and many more. The ever evolving group has continued to serve up their unique brand of entertainment fusing “feeling the blues” with an honest and original blues sound that will have you foot stompin’ and dancing’.
Hailed as a no-nonsense group of professional musicians, Serious Businesses members have a combined experience of well over 1000 shows and continue to bring quality music to live venue patrons year after year
